Summary
Monitor 360 is a web application that monitors organization's productivity and any anomalous behavior or instances when there are deviations from these “normal” patterns by tracking all users and entities of the organization. Monitor 360 uses machine learning, algorithms, and statistical analyses to know when there is a deviation from established patterns, showing which of these anomalies could result in a potential, real threat.

My design approach
After gathering all the requirements I ideated on who the stakeholders are what are their roles how the design of each screen should look like and how the user flows from the start to end should look like .
User flows
Dashboard
- A robust dashboard with productivity metrics of all users
- Display top productive, unproductive and passive users.
- Interactive data visualization of productivity, applications used, application categories.
- Category and productivity classification for the manager to classify any new application.
- Team view for the manager to analyse his teams top applications used
Search
- A robust search to drill down user based on department, team, product category used, and project.
- A fixed scrollable filter to refine search with expandable and collapsible sub categories
- Display search results by displaying the selected filters with a possibility to remove the selected filter option.
- Show the users title, work location, top application used and productivity metrics..
Productivity pulse
- Display users based on the user role (Admin, manager, etc.,)
- Display users in cards with status, avatar, title, application being used currently and the top application used by the user
- Interactive data visualisation of users productivity vs time when the card is hovered.
- Dropdown to select users from different teams or the whole organization based on the users role and access rights.

- Displays user details such as team, title, manager, department.
- Dropdown to select different user from the previous results without going to the previous page.
- Interactive data visualization of users productivity each day with summary of top applications used, window titles, timeline that displays active, inactive times, work activity.
- Used different colors to label different applications, windows and work activity.
- Used 3djs sunburst chart to display categories and sub categories so that the developers can easily work on it.
- Displayed timeline horizontally so that its feasible to check the user activity in a single window without scrolling down.
